摘要
分别以氨和乙二胺为核,合成了系列树状大分子聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM),重点研究了这类新型高分子表面活性剂作为原油破乳剂的性能,室内评价了PAMAM对大港油田现场采出液的破乳性能。结果表明,选用乙二胺为核的3.0代PAMAM作破乳剂,加量为100 mg/L,破乳温度为45℃,破乳时间为90 min,对原油有很好的破乳效果。不同核心、不同支化代的端基为胺基的PAMAM虽然几乎没有表面活性,但均表现出了良好的破乳性能。PAMAM对O/W型乳液的破乳行为与分子的核心、端基和支化代有密切的关系,从而为进行这类新型破乳剂的分子设计提供了依据。
A series of 1.0 - 3.0G dendriform Polyamide - amine (PAMAM) were synthesized with ammonia or ethylene diamine as cores. The properties of the new macromolecular surfactants as crude oil demulsifier were investi- gated emphatically. The lab evaluation results showed that 3.0G PAMAM with ethylene amine as core had excellent demulsifying effect for crude oil when its dosage was 100 mg/L,temperature was 45℃ ,and demulsifying time was 90 min. Although the PAMAM with amidogen terminal group and different cores and branched generations had little surface activity, they all behaved well demulsification. The demulsification of PAMAM for O/W emulsion was connected with the molecular core, terminal group and branched generation, which provided the foundation to design the new- type demulsifier molecules.
