摘要
蔬菜设施栽培存在土壤传播的连作病害,即重茬种植后出现减产甚至绝产,特别是黄瓜、西瓜和甜瓜尤为严重。该病害无特效防治农药,只能通过嫁接育苗技术加以解决。为此,以开发蔬菜嫁接机砧木夹具、接穗夹具、插签夹具等为目的,对嫁接用接穗和砧木的力学特性进行了试验研究。通过试验与数据分析得出接穗和砧木的安全压缩比、最大的切削阻力、打孔阻力、稳定压力和压缩量,作为嫁接机的设计基础数据。
Vegetables facility cultivation could result in continuous cropping of soil which is plant disease, namely the continuous cropping of plant will bring on reduction of production or no any production, and cucumber, watermelon and melon especially are serious for being affected by it. Generally this kind of plant disease is solved with grafting seedling. This research take develops the vegetables automatically grafting machine stock jig, the Scion jig, inserts signs the jig and so on as a goal, to graft has conducted the experimental study With the scion and stock's mechanics characteristic. Obtain scion and stock's security compression ratio through the experiment and the data analysis, the biggest resistance to cutting, drills the hole of resistance, the uniform pressure and the compression quantity, and takes the design foundation data.
