摘要
主要论述了最新研制的“双旋转臂直行自走式微喷灌机”的主要技术参数、工作原理与技术创新点,并阐述了性能试验结果。该机型与同类喷灌机相比较,在关键部件和整体结构上有较大技术创新与突破。通过性能试验后表明,该机明显具有节水、节能、节省劳力、抗风、适应性强、自动化程度高等特点,对促进节水灌溉技术的实施有着重要作用和意义。
The principal technical parameters, fundamental of operation, points of technical creation ot the straight-advance self-propelled minimum sprinkler with double rotation arm which is newly-developed and the result of performance test are narrated in this paper. The design of this model sprinkler brought about certain evincible creation and breakthrough in sprinkler's key parts and integral configuration by contrast with the same make of sprinkler. The result of performance test reveals that this model of sprinkler makes a feature of being able to save water, energy and manpower, and exempt from wind disturbance as well as being of favorable adaptability and higher automation level. The success important role on the implementation of the water-saved in having developed this model of sprinkler will play irrigation technology and result in great significance for the water and soil conservation.
