摘要
创新是人类发展的根本动力。语言学理论的创新既是必要的和可能的,又非随意的或无中生有的。进行理论创新首先要建立自己的理论体系。新理论体系不仅和原有语言学理论有这样那样的联系,而且有其他科学理论作为基础。确立研究目标对于建立创新理论体系是至关重要的,没有既定目标的研究不是自主的研究。适当的研究方法是实现目标的重要手段。不同创新理论的有效性或解释力有所不同,但只要能够解释一些问题,就会为语言学理论的发展作出贡献。
Innovation is the fundamental motivity in the development of the world, Linguistic theoretical innovation is necessary and possible, Theoretical innovation demands new theoretical systems unique from others, and a new theory is based upon not only other linguistic theories ever existent but those of other sciences. It is crucial to establish a goal for research in theoretical innova- tion and proper methodology is a key instrument to reach the goal. Different new theories are different in their validity and explan- atory power but they will contribute to the development of linguistic science if they are able to explain some linguistic phenomena.
