摘要
目的:观察消疣液的安全性。方法:①大鼠20只,随机分2组,观察消疣液对大鼠灌胃后产生的急性毒性反应。②家兔10只,观察消疣液对家兔完整及破损皮肤的刺激反应。③豚鼠30只,随机分3组,观察消疣液的皮肤过敏反应。④家兔18只,随机分3组,观察消疣液高、低剂量组的皮肤长期毒性。结果:消疣液经口给药大鼠的LD50>35g.kg-1,对家兔完整皮肤无明显刺激性,破损皮肤24h内为轻度刺激性。对豚鼠皮肤无明显致敏作用,家兔外涂消疣液4周,未见明显毒性反应。结论:消疣液外用安全低毒、刺激性小、无过敏性,可在临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE To study the safety of Xiaoyou solution. METHODS ①Twenty rats were divided into two groups randomly for the acute toxic reaction after the drug was given by affusing stomach. ②The stimulative response of Xiaoyou solution to intact and damaged skin was observed in ten rabbits. ③Thirty guinea-pigs were divided into three groups randomly for the skin sensitivity test of Xiaoyou solution. ④Eighteen rabbits were divided into three groups randomLy for the skin long-term toxicity test of high and low dose of Xiaoyou solution. RESULTS The acute toxicity test of Xiaoyou solution showed that the LD50 was more than 35g · kg^-1 in rat（po）. There were little stimulative reaction to intact skin and lightly effect to damaged skin of rabbits in 24 hour. The drug didn＇t cause obvious allergic reaction on guinea-pigs skin. For the rabbits skin applied the solution for 4 weeks, the obvious toxic effects weren＇t observed. CONCLUSION These results suggest that Xiaoyou solution has little toxicity, stimulative effects and non-allergy reaction and can be safely used in clinic.
