摘要
汽车同步器齿套的倒锥部分是一个比较难以加工的表面。在分析传统加工缺陷的基础上,在专用的摆线数控机床上,从功能和结构上设计了加工倒锥部位的刀具。通过有限元对其进行强度、刚度及动力学模态的分析进行了安全校核。经过理论设计及实践的检验证明该刀具是适用的。
The surface of back taper of automotive synchronizer is difficult to machine. The detect of traditional machining is distinct. In this paper, fixed on the special cycloid numerical control machine tool, the cutter used to machine the back taper was designed based on the function and structure. The intensity,rigidity and kinetic mode of this cutter were analyzed by finite element method, and security of the cutter was verified. From theory and practice,it was proved that this cutter could be applied to deal with the back taper well.
