摘要
对熔丝沉积成型设备温度控制系统的设计提出了采用可控硅和温控器相结合、同时使用模糊-PID相结合的控制算法。实践证明,在熔丝沉积成型设备中采用该策略所设计的温度控制系统可以大大减少初始化升温过程的过渡时间,同时还能有效地保证温度控制的稳定和精确,为成型工艺的改进和零件质量的提高提供了基础。
To the design of the temperature control system for FDM { Fused Deposition Modeling) , an arithmetic of combining silicon controlled device and appliance of temperature, as well as the Fuzzy and PID control has been raised in this paper. As a result, the time of rising is reduced notably and the stability and precision are insured, which are beneficial to the improvement of technology and perfection of the shaped part.
