摘要
研究了微波加热条件下合成温度、保温时间等对产物性能的影响。应用微波加热技术,以Al粉、Si粉、Al2O3粉为原料,成功地进行了不同Z值配比Sialon的合成。结果表明:利用微波反应合成β-Sialon,相比传统工艺具有降低烧结温度、缩短保温时间、节能省时等优势。
Microwave heating approach (at MW and 2.45GHz) can be successfully applied to prepare the β-Sialon with different Z values by using the powder of aluminium, silicon and alumina, according to the proper sintering schedule in a microwave oven. The effects of preparation conditions, such as synthesis temperature and soaking time, on the characteristics of product have been studied. The results show that the microwave reaction synthesis of β-Sialon is superior to the conventional method in lower synthesis temperature and shorter soaking time, which will be beneficial for the industry to save energy and time .
