摘要
设计了一种用于地基基槽和农田地面平整的ZM3-I基槽清平机,介绍了其控制方案、控制原理及工作过程。基于切土和抛送土工作原理,提出了利用刀片的高速旋转产生的惯性对土进行抛送的方式,设计了其主要工作部件;通过对刀片的主要技术参数进行分析,确定了切土刀片的形状及安装方式。整机通过激光和倾角传感器联合作业,对平整度进行监测和控制。经试验验证,其平整精度较高,已达到±10mm/100m,能够满足地基施工和农田作业要求,具有一定的应用和推广价值。
A kind of machine used on the foundation trench-leveling and farmland is designed, Introduced the control project, principle and work process of the foundation trench-leveling Machine. Base on the principle of cut and throw soil ,a kind of mode that the soil was casted with inertia by high-speed rotating falchion is mentioned, designed the chief work part. The shape of the falchion and the install way was determined by analyzed the related parameters, adopting the combination measurement and control of the laser and the slop angle. The test result shows that the, leveling precision is high reached ±10mm/100m. It can satisfy with the construction and the land criterion request with the application and promotion value.
