摘要
目前,国内外农业科技实力综合评价的研究正处于方兴未艾阶段。为此,通过农业科技综合实力评价内涵的分析、评价指标体系的建立以及对30个省市的综合评价与实证研究,形成了一个完整的评价体系,并从实证分析中对指标体系的合理性与可操作性进行了验证。
In domestic and foreign, the research of agricultural science and technology comprehensive strength was on the way. This article based on the analysis of agricultural science and technology comprehensive strength, and established evaluation index system as well as comprehensive evaluation and the substantial evidence analyzes to 30 provinces which has formed a complete appraisal system, moreover, the substantial evidence analyzes confirmed the rationality of the index system.
