摘要
对一些中、小型设计、生产单位，在进行较复杂结构产品设计分析时，如购买功能齐全的大型有限元软件包，不仅经济上难以承受，而且使用起来很繁琐。本文提出编制专用程序，较好地解决了这一问题。基本思路是：利用部分有限元软件（ＰａｒｔｉａｌＦＥＳｏｆｔｗａｒｅ），针对具体结构，编一组专用程序进行前后处理。本文结合电厂主汽管道三通热压力状态下有限元强度分析计算，给出实施过程中出现的问题及解决办法。
For middle and small enterprises in designing or analyzing their complicate products,it cannot bear to buy perfect FE software system because they are expensive and too complex.In this paper the problem solved by making use of partial FE software for a given structure and writing a special pre and post processing program is suggested.An example is given for the strength analysis of hot-pressing-formed main steam tube T-connection by using this method.
