摘要
以通辽发电总厂2号炉改造后膜式省煤器为例,对目前国内外用于膜式省煤器设计计算的若干公式计算的准确性进行了分析比较。并根据模化理论,对膜式省煤器进行了试验台试验,并对照工业性试验结果。
The paper takes the modification of Tongliao power plant with membrane economizer as example to analyze and compare a lot of formulae used in designing membrane economizers widely adopted in china and foreign countries.According to model test theory,the membrane economizer is tested on a test stand,then in comparing with industrial experimental results,an efficient method to select pollution coefficient and correlative formula of thermal property of the typical membrane economizer is presented.
