摘要
授权立法监督制度是授权立法制度中的重要一环,我国在该制度上仍有许多需改进之处,其中完善监督主体制度、完善批准和备案制度、明确授权立法的监督范围是其中最重要的三个方面。
Supervision is an important element of authorized legislation system, which we still have a lot to do. The three most important things need to be perfected are： supervisory subject system,the system of ratifying and putting on records, and making the range of supervision explicit.
