摘要
以电力系统的发电机恒电势模型为基础,分别从系统的参数、功率的流向及网络的拓扑等几个方面具体考察了一个典型系统,从中揭示静态电压稳定和静态功角稳定的关联性条件,指出系统的隔离效应和不对称效应将极大地影响这两种稳定性的关系,并用此结果,成功地解释了在东京电压崩溃事故中。
On basis of constant voltage model, this paper looks into a two machine four bus power system from system parameters, directions of power flow and net structure separately in order to explore relation conditions between steady voltage stability and steady angle stability in which isolation effect and nonsymmetrical effect play an important role. With the help of the results, incident in Tokyo is explained well.
