摘要
指出了在传统项目日程规划中存在的一个共性问题就是输入参数估计的不确定性。在国内首次提出了风险链方法的概念,指出在带有强不确定性的项目中,对于项目输入参数的估计问题,风险链方法可以显著降低由于各种心理启发效应而产生的消极影响。
A common problem in traditional project scheduling.is the uncertainty of input parameters estimation. So for those pro- jects with high uncertainty, risk chain method is applied to project scheduling in this paper. This method can significantly over- come the difficulties associated with the estimation of input parameters by mitigating the negative influences of heuristics.
