摘要
目的观察复方甲氧那明治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机双盲对照试验的方法,将110例咳嗽变异型哮喘的患者分为两组,治疗组56例,每次给予复方甲氧那明2粒,对照组54例,每次给予氨茶碱0.1 g,用法均为tid,po,均连续治疗1个月。结果治疗组和对照组临床有效率分别为78.85%,68.63%(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组重度患者临床有效率分别为84.21%,64.71%(P<0.01);不良反应的发生率分别为13.46%和31.37%(P<0.05)。结论复方甲氧那明用于咳嗽变异型哮喘的治疗效果确切,安全性好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound methoxyphenamine hydrochloride in cough variant asthma （CVA） treatment. Methods One hundred and ten patients with CVA were randomly divided into two groups for a double-blind control study. The treatment group received compound methoxyphenamine hydrochloride capsules, 2 caps, po, tid,and the control group received aminophyUine 0. 1, po, rid. All the patients were treated continuously for one month. Results The clinical effective rates in the treatment group and in the control group were78.85% and 68.63% respectively（P 〈 0.05 ）. For severe cough treatment , they were 84.21% and 64.71%, respectively （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The adverse reaction rates in the treatment group and in the control group were respectively 13.46% and 31.37%. （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound methoxyphenamine hydrochloride is safe and effective in cough variant asthma treatment.
