男性甲状腺癌26例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨分析男性甲状腺癌的发病特点及治疗。方法回顾性分析26例男性甲状腺癌的临床资料。结果甲状腺癌的分布情况：年龄20-41岁，甲状腺乳头状癌25例，滤泡状癌1例。术前及术中病理确诊23例，术后确诊3例。颈部淋巴结转移19例，占73％。肿瘤侵犯喉返神经2例，术后声音嘶哑1例。合并结节性甲状腺肿1例，合并甲状腺腺瘤4例。手术方法：改良式甲状腺癌根治术23例，单纯患侧甲状腺叶切除3例。复发2例，再次手术治愈。结论男性甲状腺癌发病年龄多为年轻人，以乳头状癌为主，淋巴结转移率较高，手术效果较好。
