摘要
该文以普通遗传学课程中的果蝇杂交综合实验为载体,培养学生从事生物科学研究的意识和基本技能。安排学生自主设计杂交组合,并在课下完成了从亲本杂交至F2代出现等系列实验过程,引导学生摸拟完成了科研活动中的实验设计、实施、数据分析和论文写作的系统过程,为学生大四的毕业设计以及今后从事科研工作奠定基础。
The complex experimental manipulation of drosophila hybridization in General Genetics Course was aimed at culturing the consciousness and capability of students devoted to scientific research. Teachers only supplied the four strains of drosophila while students themselves designed and actualized their experiment from the crossing to the occurrence of F2 progeny after class. The students submitted their research papers with the frame of introduction, materials and method, data and result analysis and discussion at the end of their experiment. From the whole program the students may get a basis for design and engaging in scientific research of undergraduate in future.
