SYK基因与乳腺癌

摘要 SYK基因编码蛋白曾被认为是造血细胞特有的信号分子,新近发现其亦具有抑制乳腺癌发生和转移的功能。对SYK基因深入研究,有望使之成为乳腺癌防治中新的分子靶点。
