摘要
作者采用合成的基因探针和引物,对2株阳性标准菌株2、株野生菌株和1个无菌去离子水进行检测,结果准确可靠,整个试验过程在30 h内完成。可见,该法是一种特异、敏感、简便、快速的沙门氏菌检测方法,对快速通关将发挥积极的作用。
In present article, there are two positive standard salmonella bacteria. two positive sample about chicken and a sample of aseptic water. This samples are detected with fluorescence polymerase chain reaction. The results showed： The method is efficient and accurate. Furthermore. it took only 30 hours for whole PCR process. It is concluded that PCR is a specific, sensitive, rapid. simple and convenient method for detection of salmonella. It may have great values for the entry-exit inspection and quarantine.
