大量研究结果证明,苜蓿皂甙主要生物活性是:影响胆固醇的代谢,驱原虫。在动物养殖业中可作为新型绿色饲料添加剂。作者对苜蓿皂甙生物活性及应用进行综述。
A lot of research demonstrated that the main biological activity of alfalfa saponinare effects in cholesterol metabolish and effects on protozoa. Alfalfa saponin can be used as safe additive of feed in animal industry. The research advance of biological activity and its action of alfalfa saponin were summarized.
