摘要
网络信息技术的迅速发展,为构建网上图情联合编审系统提供了硬件基础,文章分析了基于网络平台的联合编审系统建设的可行性与优势所在,提出了系统构建的原则和功能流程,并指出了系统构建中可能产生的问题。
This paper analyses feasibility and advantage about establishing network platform of library and information contribution compile and review system. It puts forward the principle of system establishing and function flow, and also points out the problems about establishing system possibly.
