摘要
本文提出定量表达洪水灾害总损失的指标──洪损度的概念，并对其具体涵义及计算方法做了详细阐述．
A new term,Flood Damage Degree (FDD),was presented to quantitatively describe total flood damage in this paper. The methods to express and compute FDD were also given in detail.
