摘要
本文回顾了学术界关于技术经济学发展分期的各种观点,并给予了客观的评价。在此基础上,笔者依据库恩的范式理论,从技术经济学基本范畴的含义变化、学者们对技术经济学研究对象与该学科理论基础的认识以及本学科基本理论构成上的变化等几个方面考察了技术经济学的范式,指出技术经济学至今仍是一门处于发展中的尚不成熟的学科,并提出了技术经济学发展分期的新观点。
After reviewing various viewpoints on the periodical division of technical economics, authors give an objective appraisal of such viewpoints. According to Kuln＇s paradigm theory, authors compare the changes of some basic categories, the understandings of the research object and theoretical basis of technical economics, the changes of the basic theories of this discipline . After that, the authors point out that technical economics is still not a matured discipline. In the end, authors give a new periodical division of technical economics.
