摘要 在陶质衬垫CO_2气体保护单面焊工艺中,打底层焊缝中出现的沿焊缝柱状晶结晶方向的柱状气孔,严重影响着焊接质量。通过与生产条件相似的模拟试验,取得与生产中相同的柱状气孔实样,对其进行了宏观及微观分析,探讨了产生这种气孔的主要原因及对策。 In the welding procedure of semi-automatic CO2 arc welding by one side with ceramic backing, there are columnar pores which grow in the direction of columnar grain-growth at the backing weld, so the weld quality is decreased seriously. An experiment has been carried out in laboratory to simulate the condition of welding procedure in shipbuilding and the sample of columnar pore has been obtained. With the help of macro and micro analysis, the main cause of columnar pore has been discovered. At the end, some preventative measures have been suggested.
