摘要
超硬磨具静平衡测量是影响其使用性能一个重要因素。根据目前国内检测设备的状况,采用矢量值之间的数学运算和数据处理技术,提出了一种基于单片机dsPIC30F3012静平衡测试仪的设计思想,给出了系统结构框图、部分硬件电路和软件流程图,讨论了仪器的抗干扰措施,对存在的问题进行了分析,指出了改进办法。实验结果表明:该仪器性能稳定可靠,为超硬磨具的静平衡检测提供一种新的途径。
Static balance measurement plays an important role in safety detection of grinding wheel. Based on the national relative standard, this paper proposes a design thinking of a MCU dsPIC30F3012 - based static balance measuring instrument, which adopts mathematic operation among vector values and technology of data processing. This paper also gives sketch map of structure frame of system, part hardware and software flow chart, and discusses anti - interference measurement of instrument. In addition, the existent deficiencies of instrument are also analyzed, and the methods of solution are provided. The experimental result indicates that the performance of this instrument is good and stable, and can be used as a new method for safety detection of grinding wheels.
