摘要
建立天麻素注射液细菌内毒素的检查方法。按《中国药典》2005年版二部附录进行。选用灵敏度为0.25EU.mL-1的鲎试剂,本品在1mg.mL-1以下浓度不干扰内毒素实验。用本法检查天麻素注射液中的细菌内毒素可行。
A test method of bacterial endotoxin in Gastrodin Injection was established according to the principle in Chinese Pharmacopeia 2005 Edition, Second Volume. A 0. 25EU · mL^-1 of tachypleus amebocyte lysate test solution was selected in the test, and below the concentration of 1 mg· mL^-1 of the injection, the test was not interfered. The method for the bacterial endotoxin test of Gastrodin Injection is feasible.
