摘要
农村公共物品的供给不足,是制约农民增收的一个重要原因。从实证的角度对农村公共物品供给状况与农民收入之间的关系进行了研究。通过协整分析和格兰杰因果关系检验发现,农村教育及医疗卫生水平对提高农民收入具有重要的促进作用,而农业基本建设和农村生活基础设施的供给状况却制约着农民增收。
The inadequate supply of rural public goods is one of the major restricting factors for increasing the income of peasant. The relationship between the rural public goods supply and the peasant＇s income is studied in this paper. Through the cointegration test and the Granger causality test, it is found that the rural education and the rural health conditions play important roles in increasing peasant＇s income, while the constructions of the agricultural infrastructure and the rural livelihood infrastructure are controlling its increase.
