摘要
在信息全球化加速发展的今天,文化安全在国家战略和国家利益中的地位与作用愈益显重要。西方发达国家凭借其信息技术优势,正加紧对包括中国在内的广大发展中国家实施文化扩张战略,使中国的文化安全受到了前所未有的挑战。如何应对这种挑战,已成为构建中国文化安全战略中必须思考和解决的一个重要课题。正确的战略抉择对信息全球化背景下维护中国的文化安全至关重要。
As the pace of information globalization speeds up today, cultural security is playing a more and more important role in the national strategy and national interest. Western countries, with its information and science advantages, is stepping up cultural expansion to the vast number of developing countries, including China, which dangers China＇s cultural security unprecedentedly. How to deal with the challenge, has become an important problem to be considered and solved during the constructing of China＇s security strategy. Adequate strategic choices are very crucial to safeguard China＇s information security under the background of cultural globalization.
