摘要
介绍了制氢转化炉下集合管与引压管焊缝开裂的情况,分析焊缝开裂原因主要是由于温度变化频繁和变化幅度大,造成焊缝热疲劳蠕变损伤以及设计安装流程不当产生的拉应力损伤而引起开裂。针对焊缝开裂情况及原因,制定并实施了在高温、低压下的补焊方案。
The cracking of pressure pipe of bottom manifold of steam reforming furnace is described. The major culprits are weld fatigue creep damage resulting from frequent and large variations of temperature and drag stress cracking due to the improper design and installation. Supplementary high - temperature and high - pressure welding programs are prepared and implemented.
