摘要
介绍了中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司户外钢结构大气腐蚀情况,分析认为钢结构大气腐蚀的主要原因,是由于环境、施工与管理等多方面的因素所造成,同时提出了应根据锈蚀情况选择不同的涂料涂装工艺以及应加强涂装工程质量监理和正确选择专业施工队伍的建议。
The atmospheric corrosion of outdoor steel structures in SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company is discussed. The analysis concludes that the environment, construction and management, etc are the major contributing factors for corrosion. The recommendations on selection of different coatings based upon specific corrosion conditions, control of coating application quality and selection of qualified construction contractor are presented.
