With the development of the time and the progress of the society, thereis a greater demand on the reform and development of adult education. Thus adult education must establish more advanced teaching ideas to adapt to this demand. Several aspects, such as the educational ideas, the operational mechanism and the management methods of the education, are mentioned in this article to discuss the importance of the innovation for adult education in the new period, which can promote its own modernization.
