摘要
阐述了馆员满意的概念及其必然性和意义,从工作本身、工作回报、工作关系、管理状况、工作环境5个方面探讨了影响馆员满意度的因素,同时提出了提高馆员满意度的6个措施:转变观念,以人为本;公平竞争、量才施用;重视培训、追求进步;改善关系、加强合作;完善制度、民主管理;改善环境、关爱馆员。
This paper has described the concept that the satisfaction of librarians and its inevitability and significance. From five aspects of conditions: the work, work repay, work relation, management status, and work environments, the paper has explored factors influencing library worker satisfaction, and put forward 6 librarian satisfactions: idea transformation; taking people as the key factors, fair competition; attaching importance to training; improving relation, and enhancing cooperation, and other factors such as management of perfect system and improve environment.
