机械振动切削法制造金属短纤维的研究

摘要 本文研究了机械振动切削法制造金属短纤维的生成域。实验结果和理论分析表明:纤维生成域不仅取决于切削参数,也取决于刀具角度和振动杆的固有频率。提高切削速度、降低振动杆固有频率、适当增大刀具后角是扩大纤维生成域的有效途径。 The fiber formation regions are studied in mechanical chatter cutting method in which short metal fibers are machined. It is confirmed by experiment and theoretical analyse that the fiber formation regions depend not only on the cutting parameters, but on the tool angles and the natural frequency of vibration staff. The effective ways to achieve the wider fiber formation regions can be obtained by increasing the cutting speed and the relief angle of tool, and decreasing the frequency of vibration staff appropriatly.
