摘要
介绍搜索引擎互动问答平台的发展现状与基本运作流程,分析图书馆数字参考咨询服务的发展历史与存在问题,提出图书馆应该吸取互动问答平台的优点,可以从建立创新动态机制、加强与用户的互动、引入激励措施、深化自导式服务、加强竞争意识、调整运营模式等方面来创新和改进数字参考咨询服务。
This paper introduces the present situation and operation process of the search engine inquiry platform and analyzes the development and the problems of digital reference service(DRS). The paper suggests that libraries should learn from the interactive inquiry platform to improve reference service from aspects of the establishment of innovation mechanism, interaction with users, the introduction of incentive measures, self-service offer, competition consciousness and the adjustment of operation pattern.
