基于网络的学术信息交流体系构建 被引量:17

摘要 计算机和网络改变了学术信息交流方式,网络信息交流实践打破米氏理论的交流范式。文章基于交流系统功能与印刷出版系统及其相应方法的分离构建多渠道功能分化为主导的体系结构,并阐述在一些学科中采用引文分析、overlay期刊间接控制学术质量的思想,提出网络环境下的学术信息交流理论体系SCSI,说明该体系的构建原则,分析其体系结构和特点。 Information technologies, particularly the personal computer and web technologies are changing the ways of scholarly communication. By de-linking the functions of communication system with the print system, this paper puts forward a scholarly communication system based on Internet and introduces its principles, structure and characteristics,
