摘要
介绍学习型组织的概念、发展及其在企业中的应用,结合目前我国医院护理管理发展的实际情况及存在的问题,阐述我国护理管理应用学习型组织所面临的机遇和挑战。提出在建立学习型护理组织的过程中,护理管理者以及护士应该加强自身的修炼,更好地适应不断变化的外部环境。
It introduced the concept and development of learning organization and application of it in enterprises. It expatiated both the opportunity and the challenge of applying learning organization faced in nursing management in China through combining with the development actual situation and problems existed in hospital nursing management in China. It put forward that nursing administrators and nurses should strengthen self - training so as to adapt the changing external environment better in the process of establishing learning nursing organization.
