胰岛素抵抗综合征与凝血机制、血小板功能和纤溶作用的关系 被引量：1

摘要 胰岛素抵抗综合征与胰岛素抵抗 众所周知在2型糖尿病（T2MD）发生前10-20年就已伴有肥胖、高血压、多囊卵巢综合征等情况的胰岛素抵抗（IR）。从细胞生物学的角度来分析，所谓“IR综合征”是指除代谢综合征外还有可因IR有关的一些病理现象的根源，由于胰岛素受体上的丝氨酸功能增强，使胰岛素信号通路减弱；同时线粒体内脂肪酸氧化作用受损，出现双酰基甘油合成增加，蛋白激酶C的激活，胰岛素受体底物-1磷酸化受损等结果，因此IR综合征是在IR的基础上出现的一系列病理生理现象。因此IR的结果与加速动脉粥样硬化和增加冠心病的危险有关，从而会使人们更加关注对关键“罪犯”——IR的正确治疗。
