摘要
采用显微镜技术和腐蚀速度测量法研究S400、表面预淬火的S500、含钒的S5003种钢筋暴露在大气中的抗腐蚀行为。同时还研究了在水泥水合作用过程中,水泥与钢筋之间的结合力对钢筋腐蚀的影响,实验结果表明,具有较高抗大气腐蚀能力的钢筋类型是含钒的S500.相反.抗腐蚀能力最小的是表面预先淬火的S500钢筋。从ESEM观测到的形貌和钢筋表面的铁锈层的厚度结果看,钢筋与混凝土之间的结合力随侵蚀时间(从45天-122天)的延长而减小。
This paper studies the performance of three different reinforcing steel bars of which S400,S500 tempeore and S500 vanadium are exposed in atmosphere, between concrete and steel bars during the hydration process of cement by means of microscopy techniques and corrosion rate measurements. The testing result shows that the steel types S500 tempeore has the least corrosion resistance. And the bond strength between concrete and the steel bars is decreased with increasing erosion time from 45 to 122 days from the morphology and the thickness of the rust on steel surface observed by the ESEM.
