摘要
目的观察珍佛散结合西医治疗睌期肝癌的疗效。方法对62例晚期肝癌患者根据病情采用中草药(珍佛散)加放疗、化疗、导管介入治疗,同国内单纯西医治疗相比较。结果按WHO规定的实体瘤疗效评价标准,本组病人癌灶控制、生存质量提高、疼痛缓解、生存期延长,优于单纯西医治疗(P<0.01)。结论珍佛散结合西医综合治疗晚期肝癌有明显疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of treatment with Chinese traditional medicine-ZhenfoSan and western medicine on late liver cancer. Methods 62 patients of late liver cancer had been treated with Chinese traditional medicine-ZhenfoSan combined with radioactive, chemical and interventional therapy. The clinical effect of treatment was compared to the effect of treatment only with western medicine in our country. Results According to the standard of WHO, the control of liver cancer, the improvement of living quality, the relief of pain and prolongation of survival in 62 patients with our treatment were higher than the treatment with radioactive, chemical and pipe therapy in our country （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ZhenfoSan combined with radioactive, chemical and pipe therapy in late liver cancer can significantly relieve pain, improve living quality and prolong survival in late liver cancer.
