摘要
针对大规模分布式网络测量中,大量异构组件需要自动配置和管理才能统一协调运行的问题,提出了分布式网络测量组件自配置机制(CSCM:Components Self-Configuration Mechanism)。采用基于目录服务的方式对组件进行认证和配置管理;并通过资源权限的分配,使全网范围内的测量资源得到合理使用。通过形式化描述和分析CSCM机制的系统模型和运行模型,证明了CSCM具有一阶线性的消息复杂度和收敛时间。并给出一个基于CSCM的分布式网络监测系统(MMS:Monitor and Measurement System),实践证明CSCM增强了MMS的易用性和可扩展性。
In large-scale network measurement environment, a number of heterogeneous components need selfconfiguration to cooperate with each other. In order to solve this problem, a distributed network measurement CSCM (Components Self-Configuration Mechanism) is od is used to implement component authentication and employs a directory service-based methconfiguration management. Furthermore, measurement resources in the whole network can be used effectively by distributing and dynamic arbitrating of resource priority. By formalizing description of system model and running model of CSCM mechanism, the usability and extensibility of the system is given, and the message complexity and convergence time is proved. At last, a practical distributed network MMS (Monitor and Measurement System) based on CSCM is given, and practice shows that the usability and scalability of MMS are improved by CSCM.
