摘要
近年来复合射孔器取得了突飞猛进的技术进步,但是至今还没有一套有效的地面检测装置,致使复合射孔器的质量难以有效控制,造成施工效果不好或对管柱、井筒造成损坏,影响了该技术的进一步发展。提出了一种复合射孔器地面检测容器设计建议。针对试验容器模拟不同的套管内径、实验对象和测量仪表,容器内介质为空气或水等不同情况,计算了炸药和推进剂在容器中可能产生的峰值压力,以及筒体设计的安全性。基于计算结果认为该检测容器方案可行。
Composite perforator has got great technical progress recently, but there has not been any effective surface test device of it available as yet, so that sometimes the quality of composite perforator is out of effective control. It causes imperfect perforation job, or even damages pipe string or well bore, prevents the technology from progressing further. Proposed is a design about a surface test container. The peak pressure possibly produced in the container by explosive and propellant, as well as the container safety are calculated for different schemes of the container filling with air or water, and simulating various casing diameters, testing objects and recorders. The scheme is considered to be feasible based on the calculation.
