底部射开层对复合射孔峰值压力影响初探 被引量:1

摘要 应用爆轰流体动力学C-J理论,假定复合射孔器爆轰波波面为无限平面,且在其传播过程中无能量耗散,计算了冲击波在水中的传播距离,并比较了压裂弹、水和地层的冲击阻抗值。据此认为在分析底部射开层对复合射孔峰值压力的影响时可以不考虑距复合射孔器底弹60 m以外的射开层的影响;并可将此距离以内的各已射开层的影响近似当作1个大层考虑,且可以只考虑底部已射开总表面积这一个因素,而忽略不计其它地层参数的影响。对60炮现场试验数据的统计分析结果表明,峰值压力随着底部已射开总表面积的增大而有小幅下降。 Having calculated the propagation distance of shock wave in water based on detonation hydrodynamic C-J theory supposing that the detonation wave-front of the complex perforator is an infinite plane and no energy dissipation in its propagation process, and having compared the shock impedance values of fracture charge, water and formation, it is concluded that the influence of those perforated layers farther than 60 m from the bottom charge of the perforator can be ignored in analyzing interference of bottom perforated layers on peak pressure of complex perforation; the all influence of whole perforated layers within the distance can be considered as one thick layer, and that only one factor, the total perforation tunnel area of the bottom perforated layers, needs to be considered and other parameters of formation can be ignored. The statistic analysis result of field test data of more than 60 shoots shows that the peak pressure decreases a little as the total perforation tunnel area increases.
