摘要
继电保护装置就是能反应电力系统中电气元件发生故障或不正常运行状态,并动作于断路器跳闸或发出信号的一种自动装置。继电保护装置是完成保护功能的核心。对于保护工作人员而言,在继电保护装置发生异常动作行为时,如何利用某些工具同时结合继电保护理论对不正确动作行为进行解析,进而提出反措方案是至关重要的。继电器特性分析软件就是基于以上设想,通过计算机模拟仿真继电器的特性,利用故障时故障录波器记录的数据对保护的动作行为进行分析的强有力的工具。最后通过利用此软件对华东电网一次特殊事故所进行的分析,证明了其正确性和实用性。
Power system relay protection can detect that faults or abnormal operating conditions occurring in the electric equipments and trip the circuit breakers or send signals~ Therefore, relay protection is the critical element to realize system relaying functions~ When relay protection mal-operates accidentally, it is important for relay engineers to use the specific tools which are based on the power relay principles to analyze the operating action of relays and to propose solutions. Based on this idea, the software for analyzing power relay operating characteristics is the tool to analyze the protection operating actions by simulating the characteristics of relay protections and feeding the system by the fault record data, This paper finally demonstrates that the analyzing method is correct and practical by an example analysis of the special fault happened to East China Power Grid.
