摘要
本文以微机控制凸轮加工中砂轮磨损形成的轮廓误差为例,介绍了用瞬心法和包络线法分别计算凸轮理论工作轮廓和实际工作轮廓,然后用非线性方程组和数值远近来求解凸轮理论工作轮廓法线与实际工作轮廓的交点,从而确定了轮廓法向误差的计算方法。
This paper makes an analysis of cam-profile's normal error which is produced by the wear of grinding wheels in the process of camgrinding.The instact center method and envelope curve method ofcalculating theoretical working cam-profile and actual working cam-profile are respectively introduced,a group of nonlinear equationsabout the cross-point oi a theoretical working profile's normal-linewith the actual working profile are derived from the introduction,anone-dimensional approximating method is used to solve this group ofnonlinear equations,and,from which the cam-profie's normal erroris readily calculated.
