摘要
《兰室秘藏》是李东垣学术思想之集大成者,其治血证内障,以脾胃为先;辨治疼痛,重视升发;善用当归,巧施活血;因势利导,健脾渗湿;治头痛,分辨六经;解痔漏,苦寒泻火,疏风止痛。总之,将脾胃学说广泛运用于临床各科。
Lanshi Micang is the main representative academic thinking of LI Dong-yuan, he treated blood troubles and cataract by mainly regulate spleen and stomach, treated pain by make much of sending up and was accomplished in using Danggui and activate blood circulation was clever applied,he can improve the occasion to invigorate the spleen to eliminate wetness. Treated headache by differentiate the six channels and treated prolapse of hemorrhoids by purging intense heat with bitter cold herb and apply dispel the wind to alleviate pain. ln a word,the doctrine of spleen and stomach was used to various clinical branches.
