摘要
对我院1956年～1990年间外科治疗的分化型甲状腺癌伴双颈淋巴结转移的170例进行了分析，发现77例对侧甲状腺内术前未扪及肿块，其中6例术后病理诊断为隐癌，假阴性率为78％。作者建议：位于一叶的分化型甲状腺癌的双颈淋巴结转移的病例，可以保留对侧腺叶。这种处理方式可减低全甲状腺切除引起的并发症。
A group of 170 cases of well-differentiated thyroid carcinoma with bilateral cervicallymph nodes involved was reviewed. These cases were surgically treated at this hospital be-tween 1956 and 1990. In 77 cases who had no nodules found clinically in the opposite thyroidlobe, there were 6 occult carcinomas confirmed pathologically after operation. The false neg-ative rate was only 7. 8% (6/77). The authors suggest that the opposite thyroid lobe may notbe removed if clinically negative,and thus may reduce the complications caused by total thy-roidectomy.
