原壳小球藻中不依赖于光的原叶绿素酸酯还原酶基因的克隆与分析 被引量:2

Cloning and Analysis of Three Genes Encoding the Subunits of Light-Independent Protochlorophyllide Reductase in Chlorella protothecoides CS-41

摘要 从原壳小球藻CS-41(Chlorella protothecoides CS-41)中分离到了不依赖于光的原叶绿素酸酯还原酶(LIPOR)3个亚基的编码基因——chlL、chlN和chlB。通过测序和序列比对分析,发现这3个基因与普通小球藻C-27(Chlorella vulgaris C-27)相关基因高度同源,同源性高达99%以上,其中chlL基因有内含子,与有关C.vulgaris C-27的报道相吻合。 The three complete LIPOR genes, chlL, chlN and chlB, were PCR-cloned from the green alga Chlorella protothecoides CS-41 (CSIRO), and these chloroplast genes showed very high identity (〉 99%) with the corresponding genes in Chlorella vulgaris C-27 chloroplast according to the results of sequencing and sequence alignment. It was demonstrated that the chlL gene contained an intron as C. vulgaris C-27 chloroplast did.
