摘要
以糠醛为基础原料,经维生素B1催化合成糠偶姻,再由糠偶姻分别和乙酰氯(Ⅰ),月桂酰氯(Ⅱ),苯甲酰氯(Ⅲ),α-呋喃甲酰氯(Ⅳ),3-α-呋喃烯丙酰氯(Ⅴ)反应,吡啶为催化剂和溶剂,在30-40℃的水浴条件下合成了相对应的糠偶姻单酯类化合物。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ的收率以糠偶姻计分别为97.3%、96.5%、97.0%、95.4%和94.3%。其中Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ是国内外文献未公开报道的新型糠偶姻单酯类化合物。通过元素分析、MS谱1、HNMR谱对所合成的目标产物(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ)分别进行了全面的表征,证实了其分子结构式。Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ的新颖性已为吉林大学查新检索咨询中心(教育部科技查新工作站)的2006年10月30日出具的第20060431Z0401212号《科技查新报告》所证实。
Furoin was synthesized with furaldehyde as raw material in the presence of VB1 as catalyst. Then furoin reacted with acetyl chloride, lauroyl chloride, benzoyl chloride, α-furoyl chloride or 3-α-furylacryloyl chloride to form the corresponding monoester compounds Ⅰ -Ⅴ with pyridine as catalyst and solvent in a water bath of 30 -40 ℃. Yields of Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were respectively 97.3%, 96.5% ,97.0% ,95.4% and 94.3% based on furoin. Ⅱ ,Ⅳ and Ⅴare new monoester compounds of furoin. By characterization with elementary analysis, mass spectrum and ^1HNMR, structural formulas of the target products were distinctively demonstrated.
