摘要
设计了一种具有大电流驱动能力的新型带启动迟滞的高压基准电路。该电路不仅极大地提高了传统基准电路的精度和稳定性,而且具有较大的电流驱动能力,可应用于双模式有源功率因数校正电路。采用UMC 0.6μm BCD工艺模型进行仿真,仿真结果显示,该电路所产生的基准电压精度为23 ppm/℃,且受电源电压和温度变化的影响很小。
A novel high voltage reference circuit with startup hysteresis and high current driving ability is presented in this paper. This circuit not only improves the precision and stability of traditional reference circuit, but also has high current driving ability. Designed in UMC's 0. 6 μm BCD process, it is applied in double mode active power factor correction circuit. The simulation results show that the accuracy of output voltage is 23 ppm/℃ over the supply voltage and temperature variations.
